i can’t believe i had to suffer thru a noisy party till morning, and the wi-fi was slower than molasses. i was really expecting a complimentary upgrade or something special, but i guess that’s too much to ask here. even the remote was hit or miss. absolutely tragic.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The buffet breakfast was amazing! Also, the hotel grounds, garden, and pool area were beautifully maintained, making for a lovely ambiance!
Service was lacking at times, especially at check-in, with staff appearing indifferent, which affected the overall experience!

The unique room décor struck a chord, showcasing local craftsmanship with a nice poolside location for the ground floor room. Breakfast options were decent and the inviting lobby ambiance made an impression.
The property is situated on a busy road, leading to noticeable traffic noise that might disturb your peace, especially during social gatherings of neighboring units. Moreover, amenities fell short. no mini fridge or microwave in the rooms, poor soap quality and subpar lighting made for a less-than-ideal experience. The convenience shop had inconsistent hours, making snack runs frustrating during the stay.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement!
The old-world charm of the hotel was captivating, with beautiful boveda ceilings and stunning talavera tiles. A highlight was the family-friendly atmosphere, perfect for our kids. Just remember to bring a book light, as the lighting could be improved for reading. Dining could use a menu refresh, too!
